I had so much fun during Maxwell’s Indian Hill Newborn Session!

You can see big sister’s excitement to help care for her brother and mom and dad are transitioning seamlessly to a family of four!

Maxwell was so sweet! I love when we subtly incorporate mom into some of baby’s solo portraits by having her hold baby’s head. It’s so important to me that all of the posing we do with the baby is natural and showcases all of their sweet features. They grow so quickly and the newborn days can feel so hazy with lack of sleep and learning how to care for a newborn. It’s such a special but fleeting season.

For the second half of the session the family switched into matching jammies and it was so darling!
