Macy was my last in-home newborn session as a photographer before things shut down here in Cincinnati. I didn’t know at the time how quickly things would change. It’s exciting to slowly move back into being able to offer these in-home sessions and am finally able to start reschedule all of my sweet mamas that had to wait until their babies were a little older.

I can’t imagine having a baby during this time, but one thing I’ve been finding over and over again is that mamas are resilient. That doesn’t mean they don’t shed tears or lose their patience. It means that they rise to the occasion, they love sacrificially, they work hard and bloom in season.

Those sweet little toes!

Even if it’s not your season to bloom, mama, I see you and I want to celebrate you.
