When I think of Camela, I think of the verse “Behold, I am making all things new” in Revelation. Camela is one of those people who can see something that is ugly and broken and turn it into a beautiful work of art. She sees potential.

So, when Camela suggested we go to the Loveland Bike Trail, I was very excited. I knew she’d be able to trust me as we trudged through the mud, stood on a bridge in disrepair, and competed with rush hour traffic.

The result is a beautiful image of a beautiful woman who is going to be an amazing mother. I can’t wait to watch her teach her little one how to see beauty among the dust.
